With our accessibility policy and a project to analyse barriers, we are driving change towards an inclusive organization. Training courses and workshops as part of the accompanying Inclusion program strengthen inclusive structures at our institute. With our accessibility policy, we want to promote a culture and framework of equal participation and understanding in order to support and empower people with disabilities. We are certainly not perfect at this, but we are happy to learn from each other and constantly improve.
