First feedback

Within a week, we take a closer look at each application and provide a personal response straight away. If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you to an initial interview.

Contract offer

If you have convinced us in a first personal interview, a second interview will take place with the institute management and things will become more concrete. We agree on the conditions and prepare a letter of acceptance.

If everything is right for both sides, then nothing stands in the way of signing the contract.
